Refund Policy:

Product/Service Refunds :

We do not issue refunds for products/services within 10 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, the product/service must be met with 10 days of criteria.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

Digital Products :

Digital Products that includes AI based Aptitude test reports and Counselling Session Charges Due to the nature of digital products, we do not generally offer refunds. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Late or Missing Refunds:

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Service Cancellations:

Students and the Parents may cancel a service within 10 days of purchase to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made after 10 days may be subject to a 40% cancellation fee.

2.2 Subscription/Services Cancellations:

Subscriptions/Services can be cancelled at any time. However, cancellation requests received after the specified period has begun will apply to the next cycle.

2.3 Digital Product Cancellations:

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, the purchase is considered as final, and cancellations are not applicable.
